Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or installing software from Siteomation, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Licenses & Usage

  • Single Site License: Unless otherwise stated, each license key is valid for one (1) production website.
  • Fair Use: Our “Unlimited” plans are subject to a fair use policy to prevent abuse of our AI resources. Automated botting or scraping of our API endpoint is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate license termination.
  • Updates: A valid, active subscription is required to receive plugin updates and access the Cloud AI Engine.

3. Free Trials & Credits

  • One Trial Per User: Free Trial products are limited to one per person/entity. Creating multiple accounts to bypass usage limits is a violation of these terms and will result in a permanent ban.
  • Credit Expiration: Credits associated with a Free Trial expire after 7 days or when the usage limit is reached, whichever comes first.
  • Consumables: “Pay-Per-Scan” credits (e.g., for Canonical Checker) are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Billing: Subscription payments are processed securely via SUMIT.
  • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing period unless cancelled.
  • Refund Policy: Since we offer a comprehensive Free Trial that allows you to test the full functionality of our software before paying, we do not offer refunds on paid subscriptions or credit packs. Please utilize the free trial to ensure the software meets your needs.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the content generated by our AI tools on your website. However, the plugin code, the Cloud Engine architecture, and our proprietary prompts remain the intellectual property of Siteomation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our software is provided “as is.” Siteomation is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of SEO rankings, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use our plugins.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license key without notice if we detect suspicious activity, such as API abuse, sharing license keys publicly, or violating the “One Trial Per User” policy.
