1. Connection & Setup

Before automating, link your Google account via SiteLinx Social > Connection.

Authorize: Click "Connect to Google" to link your primary business account.
Select Listings: Once connected, choose one or multiple GBP listings to manage simultaneously.

Queue up hundreds of posts by connecting a simple Google Sheet.

Preparation: Create a sheet where Column A is the "Post Text" and Column B is the "Image URL". Publish the sheet as a CSV.
Default Import: Set a fallback CSV URL that applies to all your business listings.
Per-Listing Variety: You can assign unique sheet URLs to specific business listings, ensuring each location gets localized, unique content.
Automation: Set the frequency (Daily, Weekly, etc.) and the plugin will randomly pick one unused row from your sheet to post at the scheduled time.

Why isn't the plugin posting to GBP?

Common checks: 1. Ensure WordPress Cron is triggered by site visits. 2. Verify your Google connection hasn't expired. 3. Check your "Daily Post Limit" settings.

Does the AI read the whole blog post?

Yes. Our AI Agent analyzes the full text to create a contextually accurate 1000+ character summary that captures the value of your article.

How do I manage multiple businesses?

SiteLinx Social Suite is designed for multi-location management. On the Connection tab, once you authorize your Google account, you will see a list of all GBP listings you have access to. Simply check the boxes for every business you want to automate.

Simultaneous Posting: When you publish a new blog post, the AI will generate a unique summary for EACH selected listing and post to all of them at once.
Individual Control: In the Google Sheets tab, you can assign different CSV URLs to different listings if you want them to have completely unique content streams.
Centralized Reviews: All reviews from all selected listings are pulled into one single "Review Management" screen for easy replying. You can also filter to view reviews from specific listings.

How does Make.com setup work?

Create a scenario in Make.com with a "Webhooks" module. Copy the Webhook URL, paste it into our plugin, and then connect that webhook to Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn modules in Make.
